Skiing Areas
The Lienz Mountain Railways manage the two skiing areas on the Zettersfeld and the Hochstein, which immediately border the Lienz Valley basin. While the Zettersfeld is more appropriate for families as a skiing area, with sun throughout the day and predominantly easy terrain, the Hochstein with its demanding runs is considered an insider’s tip for practiced winter sportspersons.
